Verse 26 And he said, Blessed be Jehovah, God of Shem, and Canaan will be a slave to him.
'Blessed be Jehovah, [God] of Shem' means every good imparted to those who worship the Lord from things that
are internal, 'Shem' being the internal Church 'And Canaan will be a slave to him' means that such people as make worship consist solely in external things are among those who are able to perform inferior
services to members of the Church.
